What you’ll do
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Team Leader’s key focus will be on building strategic cross-functional relationships with production, engineering, quality & HR teams plus the broader Supply Chain functions including planning, procurement, suppliers, and our outsourced logistics providers. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure compliance with SHE, Quality, and SOP’s within the warehouse.
Challenge the status quo whilst driving a culture of collaboration.
Build energy and engagement through continuous improvement.
Deliver the commercial requirements of this critical supply chain business unit including the scheduling of all inbound and outbound deliveries.
Essential for the role
Proven track record in driving cultural change and performance.
Strong judgment, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Validated experience in simplification and continuous improvement.
Sound GMP knowledge.
Effective stakeholder engagement and wider supply chain knowledge.
Experience in manufacturing operations within a 24/7 continuous production environment.
Flexible work hours to allow support and coaching to both day and night shifts.
Knowledge of SAP warehouse management process, purchasing, and master data management.
Desirable for the role
Experience in a busy warehouse within FMCG, pharma, or short shelf life /controlled products.
