What you’ll do

As a Rewards Partner for ANZ, you will manage local compensation and benefits provision, for Australia & NZ, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulatory and legal requirements. You will be responsible for the delivery of the annual review of salary, bonus, long-term incentives across SET areas locally, and continuous monitoring of the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of benefit provision.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will

  • Implement compensation and benefits policies and programmes in accordance with global standards for ANZ
  • Contribute to the development of local compensation and benefits policy and processes by representing the employee population within area of responsibility
  • Manage the delivery of annual compensation and benefit review events such as bonus, long-term incentives and salary review for the Australia and New Zealand
  • Manage day to day relationships with reward third party benefit providers
  • Deliver local communication strategies for compensation and benefit programmes
  • Review compensation and benefit policies, ensuring adherence with local regulatory, legal and best practice approaches
  • Maintain understanding of external compensation and benefits environment, including changes in legal, regulatory and best practice approaches
  • Build recommendations for changes to reward policies & practices that are financially viable and contribute to our GPTW strategy
  • Provide leadership of the financial wellbeing pillar of our local wellbeing offering

Essential for the role

  • Proven experience in managing total reward practices including delivery of annual reward cycles within a complex, global organisations
  • Experience collaborating across HR and other specialisms in reward to implement end-to-end delivery of country reward changes
  • Ability to build a sound business case including an ROI analysis
  • Experience with using digital tools to manage efficient project delivery such as Workboard
  • Strong stakeholder management capability to ensure equitable reward practices to underpin strategic workforce plans across a SET area/geography
  • Ability to apply reward technical skills to support business decisions/challenges
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning & development, applying insights & experience to generate innovative solutions
  • Previous involvement in delivering Total Reward education across a diverse population

Desirable for the role

  • Experience working within agile methodology
  • Experience with Workboard, Workday
  • Willingness to embrace our digital tools to create excellent customer engagement
