We are looking for an agile Portfolio Change Lead, with perseverance, change management and formal change control system experience to join the PMO team.

What you’ll do
Working under the PMO Lead, the Portfolio Change Lead supports operations and other business units in a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ capacity through project planning, execution and handover and into BAU. Working with site, regional and global partners, you will deliver high impact critical projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work with the PMO Lead to define the project outcomes and objectives in conjunction with project sponsor and stakeholders across own and teams’ projects.
Supports other Project leads as required to meet site priorities.
Determines & writes project specifications by studying customer requirements, end user/stakeholder interactions, and performance standards.
Determines & writes and maintains project schedules
Controls project costs and cashflow forecasts
Prepares project status reports and where required recommending actions to SteerCo
Lead solutions, line trials and testing of new materials
Support, monitor and follow-up on work to ensure successful implementation and operation
Essential for the role
Engineering, Science or Logistics tertiary qualification
Zero tolerance of unsafe working practices.
Extensive experience in manufacturing environment.
Effective management of external contractors
Strong analytical skills.
Effective personal management including workload, resource, and time management
Effective project management skills across technical and business projects
Desirable for the role
Validation and/or Quality System Documentation
Pharmaceutical Experience
Project Management qualification
Supply chain experience
Materials specifications
Lean manufacturing experience
Automation / Digitalization experience
SAP proficiency
and International cGMPs
Knowledge of Sterile Manufacturing
