What you’ll do
We are looking for a marketing automation specialist to join our growing digital team. We require an experienced marketing automation specialist who can partner with our digital team, marketers and digital producers to manage the communications workflow and help build cutting edge automated campaigns. You will be well versed in email marketing and SMS and bring methodologies and ways of working to improve our current use of communications channels. You will know what best practice looks like and can provide guidance to the teams on what works in digital channels.
You will work with our digital producers to execute campaigns and support our digital managers in building the strategy. Your focus is on building assets that work, and provide reporting to the teams on what has worked and what hasn’t, delivering ideas for the next round of test and learns – continuously building on learnings. You will focus on optimising journeys. You will ensure we have a consistent approach in managing our communications across the business – creating contact rules and providing guidance to teams on how we can manage our communications more effectively to drive better outcomes.
You will have a collaborative test and learn style and be able to work with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects at any time. You will be forward thinking and keep up with channel improvements to bring the best digital communication solutions together.
Essential for the role
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital, Business or relevant areas
Experience in marketing automation
Proven experience with marketing automation technology – with a preference for AEM
HTML knowledge and experience
Experience using data to make decisions
Desirable for the role
Negotiation and influencing skills
Project management experience
Stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Solutions focused/opportunity oriented
