You’ll get to work on an unprecedented number of launches. It means every person in our BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit team is expected to work fast and openly collaborate. We are pushing the boundaries of how we work together, internally and externally which means exploring new partnerships, changing the wider industry mindset and establishing design centres and commercial spaces.

What you’ll do

As a Healthcare Professional Support Specialist you’ll provide outbound engagement and direct nurturing of leads as part of an integrated omnichannel system. You will work cross functionally with our insights, analytics, digital and sales teams to identify opportunities for optimal support.

Essential for the role

  • Degree qualified or similar

  • Strong digital literacy and business acumen

  • Ability to build strong rapport

  • Ability to make data-led decisions

  • Passion for working cross-functionally within a diverse team to deliver outcomes

  • High level of personal leadership and initiative

Desirable for the role

  • Experience with CRM platforms

  • Understanding of the Australian healthcare environment
