Expressions of Interest – Clinical Research/Site Management & Monitoring

Our Clinical Research/Site Management and Monitoring (SM&M) team has grown by over 60% in 2020, and continuously growing in 2021 with new exciting pipeline and projects coming through. As such, we are on the lookout for fantastic new additions to our team!

What you’ll do

If you are interested in our upcoming opportunities within our SM&M team (including Clinical Study Administrators, Clinical Research Associates, and Local Study Managers/Clinical Project Managers), express your interest now. Opportunities are available across Australia and New Zealand! If the timing is not right for you at the moment but you may be interested in future opportunities, we would definitely be keen for a chat nevertheless.

Our roles are initially contract opportunities with the view for extension, rollover, or even permanency!

Essential for the role

  • Bachelors degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification

  • Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH‐GCP, basic knowledge of GMP/GDP.

  • Good knowledge of relevant local regulations.

  • Good medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant AZ Therapeutic Areas.

  • Basic understanding of the drug development process.

  • Good understanding of Clinical Study Management including monitoring, study drug handling and data management.

Desirable for the role

  • Ability to work in an environment of remote collaborators.

  • Manages change with a positive approach for self, team and the business. Sees change as an opportunity to improve performance and add value to the business.

  • Ability to look for and champion more efficient and effective methods/processes of delivering quality clinical trials with reduced budget and in less time.

  • Good analytical and problem‐solving skills.

  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.

  • Familiar with risk‐based monitoring approach including remote monitoring.
