We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our distribution service team as a Distribution Specialist and support with all relevant steps regarding to the process of supply chain.
A flexible Permanent opportunity, working 3 days a week.

What you’ll do
As a Distribution Specialist you will be contributing to the planning and ongoing delivery of investigational products by managing the supply chain, supporting the execution of studies and changes to the plans, including carrying out risk assessments and contingency planning where necessary, your responsibilities will include:
Supervise the Distribution, Logistics & Customer Service processes performed by 3PL distribution service providers to be in line with contract & SLA’s.
Handle the internal customers' complaint and follow up to close the service gap with service provider.
Monitor the stock movement according to system interface and SOTC
Reconcile monthly ending stock balance between SAP system and distribution service provider's system, driving the variance / gap closure Process purchase to pay activities.
Manage 3PL distribution service providers to ensure the provision of contractual services meet customer requirements.
Monitor Secondary Distribution monthly costs and budgets
Proactive support for any supply related project and initiatives
Essential for the role
Minimum 6 years of working experience in the logistics space.
3PL Account Management
Team leadership experience
SAP Experience
Ability to build and manage relationships between key stakeholders.
Functional proficiency in written and spoken English
Computer literate (Microsoft applications: Word, Excel)
Desirables for the role
Professional qualification in distribution
Sound problem-solving skills.
Sound project management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills
