We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing Capability Development Manager within the Commercial Excellence Department.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Capabilities, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving commercial excellence across AstraZeneca’s Sales and Marketing functions in conjunction with the Business Unit leads

  • Working in close partnership with marketing, sales and medical stakeholders to anticipate, design and coordinate delivery of training & development needs within the Sales and Marketing functions.

  • Partner with global, regional and local commercial teams to help design, develop and implement iterative strategies and processes for improvement in productivity and efficiency in the current and future landscapes

  • Maintaining the efficiency of learning by designing evaluation criteria to measure the success of learning interventions

  • Actively promoting improvement in learning material design and delivery in line with evaluation feedback and business insights

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments

  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence

  • Strong program design skills aligned to a 70:20:10 learning framework

  • Outstanding facilitation & presentation skills

  • Experience in Sales &/or Marketing with a proven track record of success

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong project management, planning and organisational skills

  • A passion for working in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment

  • A drive for personal development & growth in role

  • Brand Manager/Marketing experience &/or sales management experience will be highly regarded
