Job Title: Oncology - Breast Cancer - Key Account Manager (KAM)

Introduction to role

As an Oncology Key Account Manager (KAM) specializing in breast cancer, you will manage accounts within your designated area and drive the sales of our oncology products. You will gain a deep understanding of the patient journey and the unique challenges and needs of each account. As an expert in your therapeutic area, you will leverage your knowledge to make a significant impact on patient care.

Accountabilities

- Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
- Engage Oncology healthcare professionals in dialogue on approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory.
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to the assigned sales territory.
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-4 years of previous experience as a Sales Representative

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Prior experience in the Oncology field
