Background & Qualifications
University degree from a reputable university
Advanced Level of English and Turkish
Minimum 4 years experience, preferably in a multinational company
Big 4 Audit background is preferred
High degree of analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to make reliable, objective judgments and proposals.
High interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to effectively function in a cross-functional team environment
Able to multitask and meets deadlines
Job Description
In this role, Strategic Health Initiatives Executive will be reporting directly to Strategic Health Initiatives Manager.
Support investment projects , and follow up implementation steps
Facilitates team communication and coordination
Monitor the pharma and regulatory environment to track health policy changes and their implementations.
Support interactions with external partners during contract process.
Support business cases for new product entries
Ensure acceleration of access timelines by close follow up of business cases at local and global level
Support Regulatory, Pricing and Reimbursement Units particularly in financial calculations (e.g P&L, price).
Ensure delivery of required information from Regulatory Affairs&Market Access for the relevant budget periods to finance department (price, co-pays, competitor data, timelines, environmental threats and opportunities etc.)
Close follow up of department budget
