We are looking for a Sales Representative who responsible for the promotion of Oncology products. You will be a technical expert of specific company products, patient needs, calling on Oncologists and the multi-disciplinary Oncology Team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage Oncology professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers
- Liaise with other sales reps to learn from each other and share best practices
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory
- Be leading person in translating territory needs and opportunities towards relevant cross-functional team members and drive implementation of cross-functional projects in territory where appropriate
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc
- Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent French, strong English
- Sales experience in specialty products
- Strong customer orientation
- Collaborative and effective communication
- Experience in Key account management
- Sales and results oriented mindset
- Experience within oncology sales, preferably lung cance
