Job Description Summary
Drive design of new processes and optimising of existing processes by applying process management expertise and tools.
The Business Process Architect (BPA) is responsible for providing architectural solutions to facilitate and add value to the business processes under the remit of the Business Process Management and Optimisation group.
You will work collaboratively, in a matrix environment with the Business Process Managers (BPM) and functional process experts across all relevant departments of the organisation to ensure that newly designed or updated processes are effective and efficient and add value to the internal clients and stakeholders.
The role will consist of four aspects: (1) Design and refresh processes to be fit for purpose based on consultations with the BPMs using define, measure, analyse, design, and verify methods, (2) Provide process architectural solutions to address structural issues that hinder achievement of company goals, (3) Obtain recommendations and input from voice of customers through Kaizen and other project management techniques, (4) Utilise project management tools to be effective and efficient such as project plans, process mapping software, and process management templates.
You will focus on entire processes from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organisation to meet its strategic objectives and goals.

- Experience as a process owner or designing process
- A solid knowledge of process management techniques and tools
- A degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
- Problem-solving Skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Communication Skills: effective communicators who are able to relate structural solutions orally, graphically, and in writing
