Defining, designing, gathering, and building reports to support management of processes by focusing on Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of business process.
The Business Process Analyst has the role of defining, designing, gathering, creating, validating, and reporting various system information in the support of the Business Process Management and Optimisation (BPMO) metrics management. The role involves an in-depth evaluation and verification of data to support the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of a process.
You will have a key role in Performance and Quality management by objectively measuring the success of process improvements. You will be involved in the design of performance indicators for new and updated processes, carefully assessing the benefit and feasibility of proposed metrics, and presenting the data that enables business actions. You will work closely with the organisation management to identify their customer needs and establish ways upon which customer needs can be met for their maximum benefit and satisfaction.
As an analyst, you will network with system owners and other business analysts to identify available data repositories and collaborate to establish new electronic sources where there are gaps to convert manual solutions into automation.
