Senior Project Analyst - Manufacturing Accounting - FTC expected for 12-18 months

Flexibly working directly with the PMO Lead or directly with a Project Manager, supporting the Programme or a project, you will support creating, defining, improving and carrying out the central PMO processes to ensure the strategic and operational goals of the Programme/projects are delivered.
This is an initial 6 month contract that would like be extend to at least 12 months for the right individual.
Your new role!
Runs key PMO processes – reporting, risks and issues, planning, governance, deliverables and approvals, change management and resourcing and pro-actively looks for continuous improvements
Utilises and develops PMO tools to coordinate preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analysing and summarizing data and information from the project teams and ensuring escalation where needed
Trains project managers on PMO tools and methodology and ensures consistent adherence
Collates and develops and manages execution of consolidated project plans in MSP/Excel and PPT for projects or programmes, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality and ensures tracking of the project delivering on time and on budget
Owns key PMO assets and holds accountability for regular updates
Manages own smaller improvement projects
Assists in the initiation, coordination and analysis of resource allocation, financial controls and documentation preparation
Effectively manages changes to project/programme scopes, cost and timeline
Prepares complex presentation materials for senior management reports
Develops and creates PMO management reports and key performance parameters
Assists with the preparation of a variety of reports covering budget status, forecast reports and other management reports
Supports the onboarding and off-boarding process of employees into the team
Your essential qualification, skills and experiences:
Finance function/project experience
Experience of PMO in a complex >$100m transformation programme
Pro-active and well developed organisational and interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel, PPT, MSP and Sharepoint skills

Business degree / professional qualification
Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
