Job Role Details

The S/4HANA Programme is leading the biggest enterprise wide transformation and require an individual to Own the Project to help deliver the change. You’ll be part of a hardworking and expert team of IT professionals that harnesses agile, SAP ACTIVATE delivery, adheres to our right-first-time principles, and makes ‘the best’ the benchmark.

We seek dedicated IT professionals who can combine in-depth knowledge of project delivery with the ability to collaborate with experts across other disciplines. Hardworking, curious and results-focused, you’ll be unafraid of challenging the status quo.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with multiple business teams within Operations group in collecting requirements and existing challenges in order to converting those to practical insights. Responsible for writing User Requirements and Functional specifications.

• Participate & deliver “use cases” for sophisticated and augmented Analytics by partnering with Enterprise groups leading AZ Digital initiatives; for instance Analytics to support resilient and interconnected Supply Chains, Digital factories, Control Towers / Command Centres, End to End Value Chains and End to End Visibility in Operations.

• Will be engaged in several Data Management aspects like, but not limited to: Design & maintenance of Analytics Catalogue, promote Data Literacy, participate in Analytics Governance forums and be the champion for self-service / Citizen Developer Analytics etc.

• Develop & embed best practices & standards for Business Intelligence lifecycle of Data products, Digital Boardrooms, Documentation, Dashboards & Visualizations.

• Work closely with Ops, Finance & Master Data Teams, AZ IT and resources from System Integrator to craft and deliver Analytics during various deployment phases of S/4 HANA project. Will be responsible to navigate and solve Interim state challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more full S/4 HANA implementation cycle/s in Analytics using Embedded Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP B/W4 HANA is a must.

• Delivered commonly used Analytics in area of Operations & Supply Chain.

• Considerable experience and exposure to one or more business processes in Operations - Planning, Sourcing Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality etc and experience in few of the corresponding SAP modules like MM, PP, IM, EWM, QM, TM etc from business side. Technical or Configurations skills are not required.

• Experience in working with large and sophisticated data sets in commonly used BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik & PowerBI

• Strong drive to learn new concepts in business processes, tools and applications.

• Passion for agile analytics delivery and ability to convey complex information through design of drill down Visualizations catering from Top-Floor to Shop-Floor.

• Enjoy working across large and variety of functional groups and adapt to progressing independently when needed.

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business or Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Data Science concepts and use cases in Operations & Supply Chain Management.

• Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience.

• Certifications in SAP, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Lean Framework or Operations

• Experience in large scale, complex & multi-year projects.
