ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of Commercial solution delivery centre (SDC) is to partner with customer facing capabilities areas to deliver cutting edge IT services to enable sales & marketing organization across the globe to actively engage physicians via different sales channels, enhance interactions & increase sales revenues. Delivering the portfolio of projects and services needs people with hybrid skill sets of technical ability and knowledge of the Commercial processes.
The Commercial delivery network is truly global in scale with resources in Asia, US, UK, China, Brazil, Turkey and India.
The Support Engineer will be part of the MDM Application Maintenance team. The ASE is responsible for supporting and maintaining the applications in MDM and is expected to do low level coding changes for the bug fix or minor enhancements.
Role and Responsibilities
Should work on Tickets - Incidents/Tasks; identify the pain areas and proactively work on permanent fix.
Should be able to work on Knowledge Management, create/review SOPs, technical documents, impact analysis.
Should have knowledge on MDM and closely work with business.
Create RCA for P1/P2 and for any issues that needs to be handed over to the development team.
Participate in sprint planning with development to prioritize tickets raised from Application Support Excellence team and follow-up for closure.
Essential Skills and experience
Technical hands on experience in
Good understanding on MDM – Master Data Management
Reltio knowledge and certification or any ETL; Excellent understanding of coding in Cloud technology.
Excellent knowledge and technical hands-on with Postgres or any related SQL.
Good understanding of Web services: API – SOAP, REST service; XML & JSON; Tool Knowledge : Postman
Good understanding on Python (or) Java
Basic technical experience on JS and related knowledge like jQuery, Angular JS, Node.js
Basics technical experience on MuleSoft.
Should have knowledge on Tools like ServiceNow, Jira or similar tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Able to grasp and understand new technology and concepts
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
