ABOUT ROLE
AstraZeneca is looking for Veeva Vault - Dev Ops Lead with Pharma Domain experience to drive the release and scaled delivery in EQV platform
Candidates for this position should have strong Veeva Skill and Agile/Dev-Ops knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as an internal consultant and Veeva Vault expert for IT and business partners across regions and business areas.
Participate in business requirement gathering and design activities with business & IT partners as part of scrum team along with Tech BA.
Perform delivery activities through Design / Build / Test / Deploy phases for regular releases and key Veeva platform initiatives.
Design and build extensions for Veeva Vault to accommodate custom business flows.
Ensure that all system security and control procedures are implemented and maintained
Generate and implement ideas to simplify / streamline our integration landscape in alignment with integration design and patterns.
Manage the POD team in delivering the backlogs/new enhancements
Working with Business, partners in defining the scope of Delivery releases along with Tech BA.
Responsible to maintain the configuration specification documentation both for functional and integration configuration.
Manage/Update JIRA Board during the lifecycle of an implementation focusing on requirements gathering, configuration, validation/testing, training, and launch activities during releases.
Edit/update/maintain integration interfaces. When needed work with Integrations team to ensure that the integrations are set up and working as expected.
Work with Veeva technical team on requirements, issues related to Veeva API, Security Set-up and Functional Configuration.
Drive knowledge transitions and ensure application stability when handing over to BAU support of new applications/functionalities.
Ensure Veeva release assessment is performed once every quarter and the impact assessment are fed back to business along with Tech BA.
Mandatory skills:
Solid understanding of Vault platform, content management concepts, Dev-ops and Agile concepts.
Certification in Veeva Platform
Working experience in any of the Veeva Vault product (QualityDocs/QMS preferred).
Knowledge of QA Management process in Pharma Industry.
Degree in Engineering/Life Sciences.
Desired skills:
Direct experience in Veeva Platform.
Experience working with JIRA, Service Now.
Experience of working in agile teams using methodologies such as SCRUM.
Educational background:
Degree in Engineering/Life Science
PREFERABLE INDUSTRY:
Preferably with Pharma Domain
OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
TBD years of relevant IT experience
