  • Brilliant partner management and communication skills.

  • Requirements elicitation, approvals, process and scope impacts.

  • Ability to plan ahead, accounting for potential changes and corrective actions.

  • Experience of producing GxP validation/qualification materials.

  • Experience of working in agile teams using methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe and use of Jira and Confluence.

  • Happy working in Waterfall or Agile delivery teams.

  • Translating requirements into design specifications and instigating “Three Amigos” style workshops to ensure effective handoff to developers.

  • Initiative in coordinating technical documentation so that knowledge is consolidated with each technical increment delivered.

  • Working with testers to produce test plans.

  • Writing business cases including business justification for investment (e.g. ROI and benefits realisation).

  • Knowledge of metadata standards and common storage formats (we use a variety including DCAT in JSON-LD).
