Job Title: Associate Director - Data Management

Introduction to Role:

We are seeking a Data Management Lead to build, coach, and lead a large distributed team providing data management activities for all Operations Plants. This role is pivotal in driving process excellence and timely decision-making, ultimately driving business value. If you have a passion for staff development and talent management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Accountabilities:

As a Data Management Lead, you will be an integral part of delivering master data that supports global processes across the data network. You will identify possible deviations/nonconformance/gaps and deploy automation and quality improvements. You will own standard work deployment initiatives in allocated site/process in accordance with AZ SS guidelines. You will provide analysis and support for the E2E - Global Operation Launches (GOLTS), Divestments, Acquisitions, Commercial Supply Chain, Current state automation and Enterprise-wide S/4 Hana program and deployment Projects. You will manage the Priorities and Capacities of the team for seamless delivery of work in accordance with BAU timelines and business requirements.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Good teammate with strong faith in partnership, appreciation and collective responsibility.

  • Expert primarily in SAP S4 Hana, Warehouse and Data science AI/ML and visualization capabilities.

  • Demonstrated on process improvement aligning with Enterprise best practices and standards.

  • Demonstrated in collaborator & talent management and maintain good partnership across functions.

  • Experience on working in a global organization with complex/geographical diverse Data Ops team, and across functions.

  • Agile, Analytical, detail oriented, highly organized abilities.

  • Good verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in science, engineering with management experience

  • 10+ years hands on knowledge of SC Master data objects like material master, PIR, etc with investigating and validating the data queries SAP ECC, APO, OMP and MDG or similar background.

  • Skilled in E2E automation of design and support as a Business or Process guide in Data Operations is also desirable.

  • Experience in Business process & data architecture, data standards & policies in E2E Supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Demand management support to balance BAU run activity, contribution to projects, data quality and documentation, Continuous Improvement initiatives and project demands.

  • Proven skills in building efficiencies around processes and demonstrated strong delivery framework that supports standardized operating procedures for effective data management processes.

  • Deep technical acumen on Data Foundational technologies such as MDG, cataloguing, DQ and Master Data Management & Reference Data Management capabilities, partnering with IT on tech roadmap & rollout across Operations.

  • Process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) and Project management expertise preferred.
