ABOUT THE ROLE

• 6+ years of experience in supporting ELN Application (Perkin Elmer and Biovia).

• Troubleshoot various Admin and normal ELN issues and fix them.

• Good understanding about the Architecture of the ELN.

• Advanced exposure to workflow within the ELN Application.

• Knowledge in troubleshooting network issues, diagnosing and solving software issues (especially MS Office, Adobe)

• Liaise with various Infra team, vendor and fix application related issues.

• Experience in providing L2 and L3 Level support with a good understanding of Change management process (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements)

• Exposure to working in ITIL environment managing issues through Service Now

• Analytical, Problem solving & Troubleshooting skills

• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves

• Cristal report creation when requested by Business for auditing

• ELN Application upgrade/migration exposure and helping business in major activities.

• Customising the Critical functionalities within the Application is desirable

• Excellent in verbal & written communication skills.

• Flexible to work during critical issues negotiating the timeframe and a good team player.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Exposure to Administrator level activities in ELN.

• Strong skills in understanding business requirements, analysis and implementation.

• Experience in full lifecycle of the application and critical workflows.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any specific Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.

PREFERABLE INDUSTRY: Pharma Domain

OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:  6 to 10 years
