Senior Process Mining Analyst

Senior Process Mining Analyst with subject matter expertise in one or more process areas. This role supports the process mining capability in leading agile project teams to transform and accelerate process improvement initiatives across AstraZeneca through process mining use-cases.
Your new role!
Work with customers to identify their strategic priorities and develop process mining use-cases
Lead project teams to develop data-driven process insights through process modelling and process analytics
Demonstrate previous experience to manage business partners and drive adoption and change across the business
For high-value use-cases, perform data transformation, develop analysis and derive business cases
Support the growth of the process mining capability by mentoring junior colleagues and working on new concepts
Your essential skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree
Strong numerical and analytics skills
Extensive working experience analysing business processes using analytical techniques
Strong communication skills with prior experience interacting with customers
Advanced SQL skills working with relational databases
Ability to produce visualisations to communicate data effectively with experience in a data visualisation tool
Consistent record to handle multiple projects/tasks effectively
Demonstrated success working in a team environment

Previous experience of process mining as a process analytics technique
