Order to Cash Process Analytics and Metrics Lead

Main duties and responsibilities

Develop, design and deliver the key metrics to C2C process tower colleagues and key stakeholders, measuring the health of the process and business performance enabling challenges to be identified quickly and continuous improvement opportunities to be identified and resulting benefits delivered and measured.

Building fact based analysis created utilising Celonis, Microstrategy, SAP and other available information sources to deliver process mining and performance metrics with minimal manual intervention.

Working cross functionally within GFS, GBS and IT to develop, establish and improve an appropriate suite of metrics and process mining and measurements with a focus on development and predictive analytics to support decision making.

Essential requirements

  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification

  • Prior extensive experience of data analysis, financial analysis and performance analysis

  • Technical expertise in the extraction and visualisation of performance metrics, knowledge of process design and a keen understanding of KPIs

  • Self sufficient/proficiency in Celonis EMS in creating data models, views and analysis

  • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively

  • The ability to create and deliver compelling and influential use of factual data to identify, measure and solve business outcomes

  • Ability to interact with and relate to all levels of the organization in a collaborative style.

  • Adept at building harmonious relationships across a diverse workforce, while delivering results.

  • Must command respect of fellow colleagues and possess absolute integrity.

  • Bias towards action and results. Driven to succeed and deliver desired results.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • An understanding of the C2C and Banking processes and SAP based data structures

Desirable requirements

  • Autonomous use of Celonis and or Microstrategy

  • Working knowledge and application of QPL and or SQL

  • Specific industry and/or process experience, including benchmarking.

  • Proven experience of change management

  • Lean/Six Sigma accreditation green/black belt
