Junior Commercial Excellence Manager

for our Hungarian organization based in Budapest

Job responsibilities

Project Management

  • Drives projects locally in the field of Commercial Excellence based on CEE Agenda
  • Collaborates in cross-functional teams in matrix organization to achieve project goals
  • Proactively looking for development opportunities/projects in Commercial Excellence and related systems

Partnering

  • Acts as Commercial Excellence expert, and partners with the Commercial Country Director
  • Actively takes part in commercial discussions
  • Prepares decision making materials of proposals and presents them to local management team

Sales Force Effectiveness tasks

in cooperation with Business Unit Managers (BUM) and First Line Sales Managers (FLSM):

  • Sales force activity planning
  • Customer profiling, segmentation & targeting
  • Sales force incentive scheme and target planning
  • Field bonus calculation quarterly
  • Close cooperation with CRM System Specialist
  • Supporting other systems for field force planning and execution

Capability development

  • Collaborates with CEE Commercial Excellence Community and brand teams in measurement & Development of field force
  • Supports BUMs and FLSMs in high quality territory action plans and KAM Account Plans

Support KAM processes and operations

  • Segmentation and targeting and resource allocation for the KAM teams
  • Centrum analysis and prioritization in all KAM teams in every quarter
  • Delivers OneKAM mindset training for KAMs and all relevant Cross Functional Teams (CFT)
  • Veeva and Sunrise Account Plan Module training for the KAMs/CFTs

Market Intelligence & Marketing Excellence

  • Business Analysis & Reporting for all teams and positions
  • Building reports, tools, business cases in Excel
  • Negotiates and organizes the data service with the sales data provider
  • Manages relevant vendors and purchases in SAP system and in all needed systems according the purchasing SOPs
  • Close collaboration with brand teams and IT team
  • Shares CEE-level information with Brand Teams about brand planning, Global Commercial Operations, etc.

Handling of customers data consents

  • Maintenance of Access database with the data consents
  • Registry of the data consents
  • Creates reports for dedicated purposes

Requirements

Education :

  • BA or MA University degree in Economics

Experience:

  • At least 3-4 years relevant experience in a multinational company preferably on the pharmaceutical market
  • Experience in Marketing and / or Commercial roles
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with digital tools and systems
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Veeva
  • International collaborations

Advantage:

  • Knowledge of Hungarian drug reimbursement system, promotional rules
  • Work experience in business analyst or sales force effectiveness role
  • Experience with one of the therapeutic areas below: oncology / pulmonology / diabetes / cardiology

  • Confident usage of reports with creative problem solving skills
