Job Description

Manager- Health Systems will be responsible for designing and implementing health system solutions which reduce barriers of access (beyond pricing) to patients in public and private health sectors across India-MC

Key Accountabilities

• Design along with the Program owners (Marketing/ Medical) all non-commercial Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Health System interventions such as Centers of Excellence (COE)

• Onboard relevant 3rd party PSP partners to execute all non-commercial PSPs and COEs

• Lead cross-functional work with Medical, Marketing and Institution Business teams to act as key point of contact for external health system administrators and policy makers

• Provide support to access team on medical and public health related activities and act as knowledge expert

• Create and leverage external partnerships

• Develop value communication tools for AstraZeneca’s innovative product portfolio

Eligibility

• University graduate. Healthcare/ Public Health Degree preferred

• Experience working in Medical/ Institution Business/ Public Health

• Understands India Healthcare environment and public health models

• Work location – HO Bangalore
