Innovation Center Operation Manager

This role will base in Wuxi, be responsible for Innovation Center daily management:

  • Visit planning and mgmt incl. prep., data input, event/ activity arangment in details to ensure the best visit experience;
  • Operation SOP following and local tour guide team training;
  • Device maintenance and upgrading mgmt.;
  • Lead the following stages’ decoration, to ensure on time delivery;

Essential     必 需      

  • 3 years+ in a similar or related role with a proven track record
  • On-site event/ activity managing and implementation in details, to ensure best customer experience within a safe and compliance environment
  • On-site changes managing, urgent problems solving abilities decision making flexibility
  • Proven ability to communicate across teams and coordinate different resources
  • Ability of project action plan designing and follow up with timeline and outcomes by stage

  • Professional qualifications in event/ activity planning, design and management, with continuous improving
  • Creative thinking for innovative ideas based on better customer/ visitor experience
  • Willing not only to follow, but to take the ownership actively to promote the innovation center as part of the brand of AZ
  • Ability to work well in diverse teams and proven ability to engage others to achieve positive outcomes
  • Good negotiation skills with external vendors, and stakeholders’ management
