Healthcare Innovation Partner
Introduction to role
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare innovation? As a Health Innovation Partner, you'll be at the forefront of deploying and managing innovative healthcare solutions at both account and regional levels. This dynamic role involves identifying opportunities, implementing, and scaling solutions within the Oncology Business Unit. You'll engage with Innovation Directors, IT Leads, and Healthcare Professionals to position AstraZeneca as the partner of choice. Are you excited to generate leads and insights on pathway pain points and opportunities for new solutions?
Accountabilities
As the main point of contact for innovation initiatives in the field, you'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify regional and local healthcare system needs. You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of patient journeys and actively map initiatives that can improve care processes. You'll prioritize potential accounts for implementation and scale-up, present proposals, and secure buy-in. Acting as a project manager, you'll plan, coordinate, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with objectives. You'll also report KPIs to measure the impact of implemented projects.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience with proven impact.
- Excellent collaboration capacity with internal and external ecosystems.
- Proven experience with Healthcare Innovation initiatives in the public sector or in the industry.
- Team working and collaboration excellent capabilities and skills.
- Project management skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience in implementing Innovative solutions for the Healthcare system.
- Updated with the latest trends and best practices.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English (level C2).
- Familiar with IT health platforms (including those used in our current healthcare environment), information databases, and data services.
- Familiar with innovation methodologies: Agile, Service Design, UI/UX practices.
