What you'll do

As a Sales Representative with us, you’ll sell life-changing medicines within one of four therapeutic areas: Oncology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic, and other diseases. Using your exceptional selling skills and personable attitude, you’ll build strong and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory – from clinicians and pharmacists to nurses and consultants.

The part you play in our business will be challenging, yet rewarding, requiring you to use your resilient, collaborative and diplomatic skillsets to make connections. The majority of your work will be field based, and will require you to be highly-organised, planning your monthly schedule, attending meetings and calls, as well as writing up reports.

This is a heavily-regulated industry, so working within it means taking responsibility and being particularly observant when selling our products. This means managing your work and territory with diplomacy and in a way that is compliant.

Key Account Manager CVRM (Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic)® Central

im Gebiet BS,AG;LU;SO;BE

Als Mitarbeiter/-in in unserem Sales Team sind Sie verantwortlich für den Vertrieb unserer innovativen Produktpalette im Bereich Kardiologie und Diabetologie. Sie besuchen Fachärzte und Therapiezentren in Spitälern und Praxen und bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Schlüsselkunden auf.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Sie betreuen mit Fach- und Sozialkompetenz Spezialisten in Praxen und Spital.
  • Sie informieren über Einsatz und therapeutische Möglichkeiten der AstraZeneca CVRM-Produktepalette.
  • Sie entwickeln mit lokalen KOLs neue Therapiekonzepte mit unseren z.t First-in-Class Medikationen  
  • Sie repräsentieren unsere Firma aktiv an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen
  • Sie verfügen über ein eigenes Budget, mit dem Sie selbständig multidisziplinäre Veranstaltungen organisieren oder unterstützen
  • Dank der hohen Spezialisierung der Firma vermitteln Sie für Ihre Zielgruppe wichtige Informationen und sind ein gern gesehener Partner.
  • Strategisches Account Management und Durchführung kundenspezifischer Projekte.
  • Sie arbeiten zusammen mit dem Verkaufsleiter an der Entwicklung einer lokalen Strategie und eines Geschäftsplans.
  • Sie fördern die Verkaufsperformance und gewährleisten, dass Absatzprognosen und zugewiesene Budgets die therapeutischen Erwartungen im Vertriebsgebiet erfüllen und/oder diese übertreffen.

Ihr Profil

  • Als selbständige und erfolgsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit verkäuferischem Flair schätzen Sie den Kontakt und die Herausforderung des Arztbesuches.
  • Sie verfügen über eine naturwissenschaftliche oder paramedizinische Ausbildung, ein SHQA-Diplom, einige Jahre Erfahrung im Pharma oder Medtech-Aussendienst  (vorzugsweise im Therapiebereich Kardiologie, Diabetologie, Nephrologie), Eigenmotivation und eine klare Zielorientierung.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie schon ein etabliertes Netzwerk zu Kardiologen in Klinik und Praxis
  • Strategisches Account Management setzen Sie gekonnt in der Planung und als Basis Ihrer Entscheidungen ein.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln leben sie täglich vor
  • Sie haben Freude an einer Bereichsübergreifenden Team- Zusammenarbeit in einer internationalen Firma  
  • Ausserdem sprechen Sie fliessend mündlich Deutsch. Ihre Englischkenntnisse sollten auf einem guten Niveau sein.
