What you’ll do

We are currently looking for a Primary Care Sales Representative on a full time, permanent basis for based out of Palmerston North or Hawkes Bay to join our New Zealand team to cover the wider Mid Central and Hawkes Bay areas.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be promoting brands within BioPharma Business Unit.

This role involves:

  • Promoting class-leading products to General Practitioners, Primary care nurses, Pharmacy and Allied Healthcare Professionals

  • Building long-term relationships through genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patient’s health

  • Working as part of a team to optimise business impact

  • Analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes

  • Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner

Essential for the role

  • Business and/or Science related tertiary qualification

  • Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships

  • Effective communication, influencing and networking skills

  • Drive to be a self-starter, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact

Desirable for the role

  • Territory knowledge and customer relationships would be advantageous
