You will be the Customer & Site Services team service lead for multiple projects alongside the delivery of our Cambridge Vibrancy strategy, including our Charity and Volunteering programmes. We need an individual who is highly organised, adaptable and extremely passionate about improving employee experience and making a genuine difference to the communities we serve.

Delivering numerous projects alongside our site vibrancy, community and charity programme, the successful candidate will drive a sense of belonging across our Cambridge campus to support collaboration and connectivity for teams across all departments. You’ll be working with leaders, teams and staff across the business, using your communication skill with multiple senior partners, internally and externally.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver our Campus Leadership Team employee vibrancy programme.

  • Develop and lead execution of project plans - including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality and ensure tracking of the project delivering on time and on budget.

  • Be responsible for partnering with communications teams to create and socialise our identity.

  • Be responsible for internal marketing and promotion materials.

  • Deliver events on time and within budget.

  • Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships.

  • Optimally run supplier relationships.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery.

  • Collaborate closely and partner with external venue and events suppliers.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Project Management – find opportunities to connect engagement activities and lead projects and events to successful delivery, within budget.

  • Change agent - act proactively and drive continuous improvement.

  • Commerciality – you will need to ensure the sports & social club is successful.

  • Flexibility - adaptable and highly collaborative.

  • Communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Time Management – deliver multiple projects simultaneously to time, cost, quality.

  • Relationship Management – internal and external supplier relationship management.

We are looking for a candidate with relevant expertise and experience, but more importantly a change agent who challenges, works with an agile, positive, solution focused mind-set and has the ability to think differently and make things happen.

This role is based across our Cambridge campus, so travel between sites will be required.
