As an IBEX Manager you will be responsible for Driving performance of related brands, Managing effectiveness of the Sales Force through Segmentation and Targeting (S&T), contact planning and related insight generation and FF re-design, Providing an informed counsel regarding the effectiveness of the FF to support decision making at a national level and to drive commercial performance, Managing end-to-end Sales Force target setting process, sales force incentive schemes, including their design, and management of their approval and payment, regularly delivering proactive, insightful analytics to inform, challenge and proactively adapt business practice ensuring that commercial activity delivers return on investment (ROI) and ensuring that Sales Force KPIs are informative and drive the right behaviours
- Proven excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills
- Analytical experience in a commercial environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Ability to manage large and complex projects
- Knowledge and/or experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Working knowledge of how to develop reports in Spotfire
- Working knowledge of how to create assets in APEX
