Senior Product Manager - Diabetes

Location: Budapest, Hungary (hybrid)

You are to be responsible for the product/disease business plan: preparation and implementation with a high-level strategic view and ability to implement innovative business strategy.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you are managing and crafting disease management strategy beyond the product strategy by capturing and consolidating inputs. You are responsible for using all sources of market data to develop market models which allow product strategies to be optimized. You plan and implement innovative launch strategy and activities, have clear medical understanding, and collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical and Market Access teams. You are also responsible for all marketing activities: events, projects, materials, communication towards: HCPs, Scientific Associations and KEEs, Sales Force, patients (patient associations).

Crucial Skills/Experience:

• BA or MA degree in economics/health sciences
• Product/Sales management experience in pharma industry
• Understanding of pharma business
• Project management expertise
• Proficiency in English and the local language

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Product launch experience
• Knowledge or experience on Diabetology and / or nephrology / cardiology
• Digital communication experience and analytical thinking skills
• Open to challenges and innovation
• Driving license “B” and driving practice
